You can rent your car with a chauffeur. Our chauffeurs are professionals speaking world languages.(In case of a trip abroad the customer must cover also the diet for a chauffeur specified by the Czech law - € 45,00/day – and his accommodation)

Europcar provides you the opportunity to drop off your car wherever in Europe at Europcar station. Going from CR abroad and for example continue your trip by a flight from another country? Or staying abroad? According to the distance you can drop off the car for a One Way Fee at any Europcar station. For more info please contact our Reservation center. - Out of opening hours – pick-up or return - € 30,00
In case of your late or soon arrival we will take care of you also out of the official opening hours.
Means of payment:
We do accept all major credit cards, only embossed cards: Visa, Master card, American Express and JCB and all Europcar means of payment. Electron cards are not accepted at all.
Cash payment:
Europcar CZ accepts also Cash payments in CZK or EUR. However, there is mandatory to present one of major embossed credit cards by the check out for pre-authorization. A deposit is blocked, which will be released automatically after the rental is finished. Cash payments are not allowed for cross-border rentals.
Additional fines and fees
Loss of car documents, keys or registration plates:
A fine of €300 will apply.
Refuelling with wrong type of petrol:
Penalty of €400.00 is charged plus refuelling according to the type of the vehicle
Missing fuel at the end of rental:
Car is rented with full tank and fuel consumption during the rental and its costs are up to the driver. Missing fuel at the end of the rental is charged by the refuelling fee: €2.00 per liter.
Loss or damage of a GPS:
Penalty up to €550 applies.
Traffic fines:
On driver’s expenses.The renter is responsible for all tickets and administrative sanctions resulting from violation of the Czech law.
Tax:
20% VAT. All rates and charges EXCLUDE VAT.
