I am aware of the fact that I have to list the additional driver into my Rental Agreement in advance. What happens if there is necessary that somebody else is driving at a time?
It is very easy: please call our reservation centrum and report this fact + additional driver details. The additional driver(s) will be added into your Rental Agreement (for a special charge) and you can share the driving.
In case of accident the vehicle will be managed by the Assistance service. How about the crew? Do you provide also a replacement vehicle service?
Europcar takes care of customer even in these situations of course. There will be a replacement car sent to you with our driver as soon as possible after your accident is reported.
